Dear Friends,
Life is one of the most precious gifts we are given. However, we can never know when this journey will come to an end. In the midst of this uncertainty, there is an important decision I would like to share with you.
I, Halil Baki ÇELEN, hereby declare that in the event of my untimely death, I wish for my organs and tissues to be donated to patients in need. I hope that this step will offer hope to those fighting for survival and improve their quality of life.
Therefore, by expressing this wish to the General Directorate of Health Services, Department of Organ, Tissue Transplantation, and Dialysis Services, I want to remind society once again of the importance of organ donation. Every step we take in this matter can save a life, provide hope to a family.
At the same time, I wish for the rest of my body to be buried in the village of Güney, where I was born, raised, and always held close to my heart. Finding peace in this land, resting in my eternal abode with the prayers and memories of my loved ones, is my greatest desire.
Let us not forget that organ donation is a gift of life. I invite you all to be mindful of this and consider saving a life by becoming an organ donor.
